For those who are wondering (specifically @mystrunmah ) this is the chaotic good party animal monk, Charlotte, for BG3. They are here for good things, good music, and incredible acts of violence when the situation calls for it.

In text, Tutelia is explicitly associated with Phoenixs. They are the fire of rebirth, and Ardyn associates them with all the light that fire and sun and warmth can bring, while he himself is the destruction that fire can bring. This is made more clear by the fact that Tutelia’s duty as a Dragoon and Guard to Lunafreya means that they specifically keep a Pheonix Down on their person at all times.

But then Gabriel explicitly refers to Charlotte as a Siren. A dangerous creature of the sea stars that could lead him astray from his mission to return to his home universe. They could be the one who shipwrecks him in the Prime universe through their presence, and that is both incredibly intoxicating and dangerous.
